On the evening of January 24, the University of Languages and Social Sciences (ULSS), Duy Tan University, successfully organized the Conference summarizing Youth Union work and student movements for the 2024-2025 academic year. This marked an important milestone to review the achievements attained and shape development strategies for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Over the past academic year, the youth of ULSS have continuously strived, transforming robustly to adapt to the modern educational landscape. Upholding the core values of "Dynamism - Humanity - Integration," the University Youth Union effectively implemented a diverse series of activities, ranging from academics and scientific research to community volunteer programs.

The summary report at the Conference highlighted impressive growth in both the quantity and quality of clubs/teams and student excellence awards at the university and city levels. The Conference affirmed that every ULSS union member not only excels professionally but also carries a compassionate heart and a global mindset – decisive factors affirming the unique identity of Duy Tan students.

Delivering a directive speech at the conference, Dr. Hoang Thi Huong - Dean of ULSS, expressed pride in the vanguard spirit of the Youth Union cadre team. She emphasized, "The combination of a profound foundation of humanistic knowledge and modern integration skills is the key for ULSS students to confidently venture into the wider world." Concurrently, the Dean also directed the Youth Union to continuously innovate to adapt flexibly to the current context of internationalization.

Regarding Party and Youth Union building work, Mr. Nguyen Mau Minh, M.A. - Secretary of the University Party Committee affirmed the role of the Youth Union as the "capable arm" of the Party Committee. He noted that the University Youth Union needs to engage more closely with the lives of its members, turning action programs into practical activities, focusing on cultivating political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle for students.

In a jubilant atmosphere, the Conference proceeded to commend and reward individuals with exemplary contributions during the past academic year. During the ceremony, representatives from the Duy Tan University Youth Union awarded the title "Outstanding Youth Union Cadre for the 2024-2025 Academic Year" to exemplary individuals. Simultaneously, the ULSS Board of Rectors also presented certificates of commendation to individuals achieving outstanding results in student movements, creating significant motivation for emulation drives throughout the university.

The conference concluded successfully, laying a foundation for a new term full of expectation. With a spirit of unity and steadfast capability, the youth of ULSS are determined to write further golden pages of achievement, affirming the solid position of Duy Tan's youthful force in this new phase of development.
