On July 9, 2026, Duy Tan University solemnly held the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Cooperation with Education Solutions VN Company Limited. This is a strategic step aimed at standardizing training programs, accessing advanced learning materials meeting international standards, and promoting digital transformation in foreign language education at the University.

In the trend of global integration, enhancing foreign language proficiency and digitizing teaching methodologies are key tasks for higher education institutions. Understanding this, the University of Languages and Social Sciences (LHSS) under Duy Tan University proactively connected with Education Solutions VN – one of the leading reputable units in providing educational solutions and learning materials in Vietnam.
The ceremony was honored to have the participation of senior representatives from both sides. Representing Education Solutions VN Company Limited (Dai Truong Phat Education Group) were Mrs. Le Thi Thu – Deputy General Director of the Group, Mr. Pham Quang Phuc – Deputy General Director of the Group, Mrs. Tran Thi Hong Nhung – Central Region Operations Director, and Mrs. Diep Thi Hong Lien – Product Director. Welcoming the partner delegation were Dr. Nguyen Phi Son – Vice Director of Duy Tan University, Dr. Hoang Thi Huong – Acting Dean of LHSS, Dr. Dang Thuy Lien – Vice Dean of LHSS, along with leadership and a large number of faculty members from the English Faculty.

Opening the program, representatives from both sides watched short films introducing the development journey and outstanding training achievements of Duy Tan University, as well as the advanced digital learning material supply capabilities of Education Solutions VN. Leaders from both units also delivered insightful speeches, expressing absolute confidence in the brilliant success of this project.
The most significant milestone of the ceremony was the formal signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation between Duy Tan University and Education Solutions VN Company Limited. Witnessed by the leadership of both parties, the representatives officially signed the strategic agreement, opening a new chapter of comprehensive development partnership.

According to the signed document, both parties will focus on coordinating the implementation of core content including: Cooperation in developing and implementing General English and English for Specific Purposes (ESP) curricula; Support in sourcing and providing other foreign language materials; Cooperation in developing a digital learning material ecosystem and digital transformation in training; Cooperation in building a foreign language competency assessment and testing system; Cooperation in implementing the LanguageCert English language certification program if Duy Tan has such needs; Cooperation in researching and implementing digital library – open library models; Cooperation in connecting businesses and developing career opportunities for students.

This signing not only enables the faculty of the University of Languages and Social Sciences to gain deeper access to modern digital pedagogical methods but also ensures that Duy Tan students benefit from an internationally standardized learning environment, thereby maximizing their competitive advantage in the global labor market.
