On the afternoon of March 9, 2025, the Party Congress of the Faculty of Language and Humanities (LHSS) for the 2025–2030 term was solemnly held, with the participation of delegates from affiliated party cells, representatives from the higher-level Party Committee, and various organizations within the university. This significant political event aimed to summarize the achievements of the previous term while outlining strategic directions and tasks for the upcoming term.

During the 2022–2025 term, the Party Committee of LHSS received consistent guidance and leadership from the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of Duy Tan University. The Committee also enjoyed strong support and collaboration from the Board of Management of LHSS, the Office of the Party Committee, and relevant departments. These efforts, combined with the unity and dedication of the Party members and staff, created a solid foundation for success. Moreover, the 2022–2025 period marked a time of rapid and stable development for Duy Tan University, which actively pioneered innovative and practical initiatives to enhance student capacity. This environment greatly facilitated the comprehensive leadership and notable achievements of the LHSS Party Committee.

Looking ahead to the 2025–2030 term, the LHSS Party Committee has affirmed its commitment to strengthening unity, further improving leadership capacity and combat readiness to meet new demands. The Committee will enhance management efficiency, promote exemplary leadership among Party members and staff, and strive to develop LHSS into a sustainably growing institution.
Regarding training strategy: The objective is to foster the comprehensive development of students, ensuring deep expertise in their major disciplines while cultivating strong skills and creative, flexible thinking. Faculty members will be empowered through professional development and the adoption of modern teaching methodologies, with a heightened focus on research activities. The curriculum will be aligned with societal needs, tailored to labor market demands, and informed by global educational trends.
Regarding Party building work: The focus will be on constructing a politically solid, ideologically strong, ethically sound, and professionally competent Party organization. Efforts will be made to enhance the leadership role and combat strength of the Party Committee, contributing to the sustainable and comprehensive development of Duy Tan University, with the broader ambition of becoming a shining example within Vietnam’s education system.

During the Congress, delegates elected the Executive Committee for the 2025–2030 term, selecting members with competence, integrity, and the credibility necessary to successfully lead the implementation of the Congress resolutions. After a serious and democratic working session, Comrade Nguyen Mau Minh was elected as Party Secretary. Comrades Hoang Thi Huong and Nguyen Thi Bich Giang were elected Deputy Secretaries. Alongside them, Comrades Nguyen Van Duong and Tran Thi Diem Tram were appointed as members of the Standing Committee.
