As part of the roadmap to consolidate its leadership team in pursuit of sustainable development strategies and enhanced training quality, the University of Languages and Social Sciences (LHSS) at Duy Tan University has officially announced the appointment of Dr. Ho Minh Khanh as Dean of the Faculty of Law. This significant step aims to bolster internal capacity and pave the way for breakthrough advancements in the university's legal education sector.

Dr. Ho Minh Khanh receives the appointment decision and congratulatory flowers from the LHSS Board of Rectors.

Dr. Ho Minh Khanh is an experienced researcher and legal scholar with a rigorous academic background and extensive professional experience. A notable highlight in Dr. Ho Minh Khanh's scientific portfolio is his deep specialization in the field of technology transfer law—an area demanding a strict intersection of legal knowledge and economic acumen.

Alongside his academic role, he possesses substantial practical experience, having held leadership positions in various enterprises, law firms, and major media outlets, including: Director of MKLaw Law Firm LLC, Head of the Da Nang branch of the Nghe An No.2 Law Firm Office, and Regional Coordinator for Central Vietnam within the Vietnamese Association of Administrative Sciences. The seamless integration of "lecture hall theory" and "market realities" constitutes the core value he brings to the LHSS Faculty of Law.

In his new role, Dr. Ho Minh Khanh assumes the crucial responsibility of shaping the Faculty of Law's development orientation in alignment with the overarching strategies of LHSS and Duy Tan University. Leveraging his extensive experience in Economic Law, Dr. Ho Minh Khanh aims to promote scientific research activities for both faculty and students.

One of the key tasks entrusted to the new Dean by the University's Board of Rectors is the development of a strategic partner network. Dr. Ho Minh Khanh will directly oversee the signing and implementation of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with reputable universities, judicial bodies, professional legal organizations, and domestic and international business communities.

Dr. Ho Minh Khanh has actively participated in various activities with Duy Tan University over the past period.

These connections will not only open up internship and employment opportunities for students but also serve as a foundation for implementing "real-world" training models. Concurrently, promotional activities, communications, and brand building for the Faculty of Law will receive focused investment to solidify LHSS's position on Vietnam's legal education map.

The appointment of Dr. Ho Minh Khanh signifies more than a change in senior personnel; it embodies the expectation of a transformed identity for the Faculty of Law. With his professional work ethic, dedication, and innovative mindset, Dr. Ho Minh Khanh is trusted to be the "captain" who will steer the LHSS Faculty of Law towards broader horizons.
