A Large-Scale and Challenging Cultural Playground

The Korean Cultural Festival in Central Vietnam is a prestigious annual event, gathering students who love the language and culture of the "Land of Kimchi" from provinces across Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands. In 2026, hosted by the University of Foreign Languages – Hue University, the program offered a vibrant exchange space with six diverse competition categories, demanding both professional knowledge and comprehensive soft skills.

Recognizing the importance of practical exchange and learning, the LHSS Korean Language Faculty sent a representative delegation consisting of 3 dedicated lecturers and 30 outstanding students. This was an opportunity for students not only to demonstrate their language abilities but also to showcase their artistic talents and team spirit.

Meticulous Preparation and Breakthrough Competitive Spirit

To arrive at the festival in peak condition, the LHSS delegation underwent a serious preparation process for several weeks prior. Under the dedicated guidance of their lecturers, the student groups invested significant effort into each competition category, from choreographing modern K-pop dances and rehearsing comedy skits to deepening their historical and cultural knowledge for the quiz competition.

At the event, the 30 "warriors" of the Korean Language Faculty actively participated in all six categories: K-pop Dance, Comedy Skit, Writing Competition, "Road to Hallasan" Quiz, Running Man, and K-video. With confidence and composure, the LHSS delegation left a strong impression on the judging panel and fellow participating teams through their creative and passionate performances.
