On the morning of February 5, 2026, a significant meeting and working session took place at Duy Tan University between the Korean Language Faculty, University of Languages and Social Sciences (LHSS), Duy Tan University and a high-level delegation from Cheonbuk University (South Korea). The meeting was not only aimed at promoting educational cooperation between the two institutions but also opened up promising academic exchange pathways for both faculty and students.

The event was attended by representatives from both sides, including the delegation of professors specializing in Archives Management and Information Science from Cheonbuk University (South Korea) and the leadership, faculty, and students of the Korean Language Faculty, LHSS, Duy Tan University.
The core focus of the meeting was on agreements designed to create maximum opportunities for students to access the essence of Korean education. Cheonbuk University dedicated time to provide a detailed introduction to the university's scale and the special scholarship programs reserved exclusively for Duy Tan students. This is considered a golden opportunity for Korean Language students not only to enhance their language proficiency but also to develop clearer career orientations after graduation.

In addition to the scholarships, the two parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding the implementation of online teaching programs. This format enables students to flexibly access specialized knowledge from Korean professors, eliminating geographical barriers and keeping them updated with the latest academic trends in the field.
Another strategic matter of particular interest to the leadership of both universities was the plan to jointly organize an International Conference scheduled for August 2026. The early discussions regarding the content and methodology demonstrate the seriousness and high expectations of both institutions in enhancing their academic standing on the regional education map.
