In today’s fast-paced world, with increasing pressures from work and social relationships, many people often overlook the importance of self-care and self-love. However, self-love extends beyond physical care—it encompasses mental, emotional, and psychological well-being. Only by truly loving ourselves can we bring happiness, health, and positive energy to both ourselves and our loved ones. Ms. Phung Thi Huong Hanh shared valuable insights, providing attendees with practical knowledge on self-care—a seemingly simple yet often neglected aspect of life.
