On April 9 and 10, 2026, in Hanoi, a delegation from Duy Tan University engaged in extensive working sessions and professional experience exchanges with Hanoi Law University. This event marked a new development in the cooperative relationship between these two leading educational institutions, focusing on key areas: digital transformation, learning resource development, and international integration.

The working program was attended by high-ranking leaders from both sides. On the side of Hanoi Law University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. To Van Hoa – Rector, along with Vice Rectors and leaders of specialized departments, presided over the reception of the delegation. The Duy Tan University delegation was led by Dr. Le Nguyen Bao – Director of Duy Tan University. Notably, the participation of Dr. Hoang Thi Huong – Acting Dean of the University of Languages and Social Sciences (LHSS) and representatives from Duy Tan's core technology centers demonstrated the commitment to concretizing cooperative activities in legal training and the application of modern educational technology.

Continuing the exchange, on April 10, the program focused on concretizing professional content. A key area of in-depth discussion between the leadership of LHSS (Duy Tan University) and Hanoi Law University was the coordination to organize international scientific conferences, particularly on the theme of "Free Trade" – an inevitable trend in the current global economic context.
