The final night and awards ceremony of the Quang Nam Province MC Competition took place on the evening of September 12, 2024. After competing against many talented contestants, Le Nhu Doan Ha, a student from class K28VQC of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at the School of Language and Social Sciences, Duy Tan University, excellently achieved the runner-up title.
Doan Ha was thrilled to receive the runner-up award.
The Quang Nam Province MC Competition 2024 attracted a large number of contestants aged from 16 to 45 years from across the province. The competition had four rounds: Casting, Preliminary, Semi-final, and Final. After overcoming many contestants in the Casting and Preliminary rounds, Doan Ha confidently advanced to the Semi-final. In the Semi-final, contestants were randomly paired and asked to present a program based on a suggested theme from the organizers. With the theme of a Talkshow on compassion, Doan Ha and her co-host touched the hearts of the audience, and the third-year student was chosen by the judges as one of the 10 finalists to compete in the Grand Final.

Since high school, Doan Ha has been passionate about hosting and has worked hard to refine her skills, learning from videos of famous MCs while gaining experience hosting school events and even small programs in her hometown. Doan Ha shared: "I once had the opportunity to participate in the 'Search for DTU Talented MC 2023' competition and reached the Top 12. However, I didn’t see that as a failure, but rather an opportunity to recognize my own shortcomings. I have always strived to improve and perfect my skills, so today, I can stand here as the best version of myself."

In the Grand Final, contestants had 10 minutes to showcase their skills, which included introducing themselves, hosting a program of their choice, and handling a situation. "When I heard my name in the Top 3, I was overwhelmed with happiness. I only had two days to prepare for the Final, so I was under a lot of pressure, from preparing the script, outfit, makeup, to finding someone to assist with my performance. After the competition, I gained valuable experience and lessons that only hands-on practice can teach," said Doan Ha.
The organizers took a commemorative photo with the finalists.
The Quang Nam Province MC Competition aims to find, discover, and nurture new talents for MC roles in events and activities in the province. It also provides a valuable platform and favorable environment for young people to showcase their passion, talent in hosting, and ability to handle unexpected situations in various cultural and media activities.
