The working session was attended by the Board of Rectors and leaders of core units from both universities. The representative from Duy Tan University emphasized the importance of building a cooperative network between major universities in Central and Northern Vietnam to share resources and optimize the strengths of each locality.

Within this framework, the University of Languages and Social Sciences (LHSS) under Duy Tan University was identified as the core entity in implementing the in-depth signed agreements. With its extensive experience in multi-language training and social sciences, LHSS brought to the working session practical proposals for enhancing the student learning experience in the digital age.

Similar to the successful cooperation model with Hanoi Law University, Duy Tan University and Ha Long University reached an agreement on jointly developing a shared digital learning resource system. The two sides focused their discussions on digitizing lectures, building an online document library, and applying modern learning models.

Connecting digital learning resources not only enables faculty from both universities to exchange teaching methodologies but also allows students to access a rich and standardized source of materials. For the highly academic disciplines at LHSS, digitization makes knowledge of culture, language, and law more vivid, intuitive, and accessible to learners.

For the Literature and Journalism disciplines, the working session opened up a new direction in coordinating practical skills training. Representatives from both universities shared experiences in operating Studio systems, the Silver Swallows film studio, and modern media equipment for teaching purposes.

The working trip between Duy Tan University and Ha Long University concluded successfully, laying the foundation for substantive, long-term projects. This spirit of cooperation promises to cultivate well-rounded language and journalism students, ready for integration and breakthrough.
