In order to consolidate the Executive Board of the Duy Tan University Women's Association and develop the Association's activities in the new phase, on the morning of March 1, 2025, the Duy Tan University Women's Association Congress was successfully held with the participation of a large number of female staff, faculty members, and employees. The University of Languages and Social Sciences (ULSS), Duy Tan University, had 11 members in the newly elected Executive Board.

The Congress was honored to welcome Ms. Phung Thi Huong Hanh, M.A. – Director of the Da Nang City Population and Family Planning Department; People's Teacher, Labor Hero Le Cong Co – Chairman of Duy Tan University's Council; and other esteemed faculty members. The Congress coincided with the birthday of Ms. Nguyen Thi Loc, one of the university's founders, who has dedicated immense passion to Duy Tan University since its earliest days. The success of the Congress was also a great spiritual gift to Ms. Nguyen Thi Loc.
The Duy Tan University Women's Association was established in 2017. Throughout its journey, the Association has continuously strived to organize many meaningful activities to connect, exchange, and share experiences among female colleagues in work, family, and life. From skill-sharing workshops and meaningful volunteer programs to sports, cultural, and artistic activities honoring the spiritual beauty and intellect of women. Dr. Le Nguyen Tue Hang summarized the meaningful and proud journey of the Duy Tan University Women's Association – an organization that has significantly contributed to developing and enhancing the role of women in the academic community and society.

The outgoing Executive Board unanimously approved the personnel plan for the Duy Tan Women's Association for 2025, comprising 5 Leadership Board members, 40 Standing Committee members, and 82 Executive Board members. Among these, 11 female staff and faculty members from ULSS were elected to the Executive Board, including: Dr. Hoang Thi Huong, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Thi Bich Ha, Dr. Truong Thi Nhu Hang, Dr. Dang Thuy Lien, Dr. Le Thi Xuan Phuong, Dr. Ngo Thi Thao Quynh, Dr. Phan Thi Thuy Tien, Dr. Tran Thi Van, Dr. Tran Thi Minh Giang, Dr. Nguyen Thi Bich Giang, and Dr. Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan.
The Congress concluded successfully, and the Duy Tan University Women's Association will continue to harness its strength, creativity, and spirit of solidarity to write new chapters in its journey.

On the occasion of International Women's Day (March 8), following the Congress, the women of Duy Tan University participated in a Talkshow themed "Self-Love: The Key to Health and Beauty," organized by the Women's Association and presented by Ms. Phung Thi Huong Hanh, M.A.
In today's modern society, with its fast-paced lifestyle and pressures from work and relationships, we sometimes forget the importance of caring for and loving ourselves. Self-love encompasses not only physical care but also mental, emotional, and psychological well-being. Only when we love ourselves can we bring happiness, health, and freshness to ourselves and our loved ones. Ms. Phung Thi Huong Hanh shared valuable insights, providing attendees with new knowledge on seemingly simple yet important issues.
