On the afternoon of March 9, 2025, the Party Congress of the University of Languages and Social Sciences (ULSS) for the 2025-2030 term was solemnly convened, with the participation of delegates from affiliated Party cells, representatives from the higher-level Party Committee, and mass organizations within the university. This important political event aimed to review the achievements of the previous term while outlining strategic directions and tasks for the new term.

During the 2022-2025 term, the Party Committee received regular leadership and guidance from the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of Duy Tan University; the attention, coordination, and multifaceted support from the ULSS Board of Rectors, the Party Committee Office, and various units, along with the solidarity and persistent efforts of the Party Committee's staff and members. Furthermore, the 2022-2025 period was a time of rapid and stable development for Duy Tan University, which consistently pioneered and introduced many new and useful initiatives to enhance student capacity, creating highly favorable conditions for the entire university in general and the ULSS Party Committee in particular to comprehensively lead all aspects of work and achieve many significant results.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, the ULSS Party Committee has set its direction on promoting solidarity, continuing to enhance the leadership capacity and combat effectiveness of the Party Committee to meet new requirements and tasks, strengthening management effectiveness, promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of staff and Party members, and building ULSS toward sustainable development.

Training Strategy: Developing comprehensive student capacity, ensuring solid professional knowledge; excellence in skills and flexible, creative thinking. Enhancing faculty teaching capacity, focusing on the application of modern teaching methods and strengthening research activities. Ensuring training linkages with social practice, building training programs that meet labor market demands and international trends.

Party Building Work: Focusing on building a Party Committee that is politically strong, ideologically robust, morally upright, and professionally competent; strengthening the leadership role and combat effectiveness of the Party Committee, contributing to the successful fulfillment of goals and tasks for the sustainable and comprehensive development of Duy Tan University, striving to contribute to creating a bright spot in Vietnamese education.

At the Congress, delegates elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, composed of comrades with capability, good moral qualities, and sufficient prestige to lead the successful implementation of the Congress resolution. Following a serious and democratic working session, comrade Nguyen Mau Minh was elected to the position of Secretary, comrades Hoang Thi Huong and Nguyen Thi Bich Giang were elected as Deputy Secretaries, along with comrades Nguyen Van Duong and Tran Thi Diem Tram as Standing Committee members.
