Law Faculty Admissions Valedictorian – Pham Nguyen Chuong

Valedictorian Pham Nguyen Chuong (26.42 points – Economic Law Program)

Possessing a record of 12 consecutive years as an excellent student along with the title of Outstanding Student in grades 11 and 12, few know that Nguyen Chuong once experienced the disappointment of not being admitted to a specialized high school in the province. That setback once caused him to falter and temporarily set aside his childhood dream of becoming a lawyer. Initially, Chuong intended to follow the family tradition in Accounting-Auditing. However, through his high school training, he realized that the combination of logical thinking from Mathematics and linguistic analysis from Literature (D01 combination) was the "golden key" for Law. Recognizing the realities of labor market trends, Chuong decided to proactively rekindle his passion for legal studies.

Despite facing a choice between traditional training institutions in the region, Chuong still decided to place his full trust in Duy Tan University: "With a score of 26.42, I deliberated a great deal. Nevertheless, I chose Duy Tan University because I wanted to seek learning opportunities from a quality faculty and a dynamic environment. Additionally, the massive, modern infrastructure system and broad employment opportunities completely conquered me. Choosing to study Law is both a challenge and a way to rekindle my passion for becoming a lawyer, while also creating a solid foundation to support my business dreams later on."

Vo Dang Thuy Tien – Law Freshman

Vo Dang Thuy Tien (26.1 points – Law Program)

Thuy Tien represents the dynamic, multi-talented younger generation: maintaining the title of Excellent Student in high school, winning Second Prize in school-level Athletics, and being an outstanding Youth Union member in the 2026 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign. Viewing entry into university as the official milestone of taking responsibility for her own future, Tien chose Law based on careful consideration of long-term goals rather than emotion or seeking "safety." Thuy Tien chose the DTU Law program with a clearly planned career path: "I recognize that law is present in every aspect of life. Understanding Law helps me protect the legitimate rights of myself and the community. I chose Duy Tan because of its dynamic environment and training methods closely linked to practice, analyzing real situations. This will be an important preparation in legal thinking and knowledge for me to pursue my goal of a second degree in the field of Public Security later."

Dang Hien Quynh An chooses to accompany DTU for 4 years

Dang Hien Quynh An (26.07 points – Law Program)

As a daughter of Da Nang City, Quynh An faced many choices but decided to accompany Duy Tan because of her excitement about the applied training orientation. Quynh An shared: "I don't want my studies to remain mere theory; I want to engage with real situations and early internship programs. The modern facilities and the student experience-focused orientation at DTU are a very suitable environment for me to cultivate confidence, analyze problems, and find a specialized direction for myself." Instead of forcing herself into a fixed orientation from the start, Quynh An chose an open approach, maximizing her 4 years at DTU to engage with and experience various fields of Law.

A combat-ready curriculum, closely linked to practice

The convergence of this outstanding Cohort K32 freshmen group is not only a source of pride but also an affirmation of the appeal stemming from the quality of Law training at the University of Languages and Social Sciences. Choosing to study Law at LHSS, students enjoy a modern and distinctive legal education environment:
