Master's Program in Economic Law
The Master of Economic Law program, with a research-oriented curriculum, is designed to meet the academic and professional needs of learners by providing advanced knowledge in the field of Economic Law and enabling them to engage with emerging legal issues in a rapidly evolving legal and business environment.
The program equips students with scientific research methodologies and advanced professional competencies required for legal practice. Graduates are expected to demonstrate the ability to work independently and creatively, identify and analyze complex legal issues, conduct scholarly research, and develop effective legal solutions within the field of Economic Law.
Upon completion of the program, graduates will be capable of applying advanced legal knowledge effectively across a wide range of professional roles in government agencies, judicial institutions, businesses, academic organizations, and research institutions. They will also be academically prepared to pursue doctoral studies in Law, subject to completing any prerequisite foundational coursework required by the doctoral program.
In addition, the program aims to contribute to the development of highly qualified human resources in Economic Law, supporting Vietnam's legal system, socio-economic development, and international integration.
