"Organizing an event is not simply about starting on time or following the program schedule. To me, it is about ensuring that every participant—especially our students—feels valued, respected, and truly at the heart of the event," Ms. Truong Thi Nhu Hang shared.
At one graduation ceremony, when an unexpected issue arose just 15 minutes before the event began, she quickly implemented a contingency plan and revised the emcee's script to ensure everything proceeded smoothly.
