Having persistently accompanied the development of the School of Liberal Arts & Social Sciences (LHSS) with a wholehearted dedication to education and students, Dr. Hoang Thi Huong now embarks on a new journey upon her appointment as Acting Principal of the LHSS. From a passionate young lecturer to a resolute leader, she continues to serve as an inspiration, a source of pride, and a steadfast pillar of support for the entire faculty and student body.

Throughout her career, Dr. Hoang Thi Huong has consistently made her mark through dedication, fortitude, and a passion for innovation. In every role—from lecturer to management executive—she has devoted herself entirely to her work, steadfastly pursuing the goal of building the LHSS into a humane, modern, and internationally integrated academic environment.

International connection activities are regularly held at the School.

During her tenure as Standing Vice Principal, she was directly involved in numerous strategic initiatives for the School. Prominent among these are:

• Curriculum Innovation: Advocating for the updating of knowledge according to international standards, combining theory and practice to ensure students are both professionally competent and confident in global integration.
• International Cooperation Expansion: Facilitating the signing of multiple cooperation agreements with universities in Japan, Korea, China, and others, creating opportunities for academic exchange, scholarships, and research for both faculty and students.
• Development of Young Faculty: Encouraging scientific research and supporting the advancement of qualifications, thereby building a strong and highly creative collective.
• Student Engagement: Consistently offering approachable care and encouragement, fostering a spirit of proactive learning, and igniting research enthusiasm and dedication among the younger generation.

Dr. Hoang Thi Huong is an active participant in the activities of the Duy Tan Intellectual Women's Association.

With a leadership style that is both decisive and approachable, Dr. Hoang Thi Huong is not only a talented manager but also an inspirational figure and a spiritual anchor for the school's staff and students. The achievements realized today are a clear testament to the relentless efforts of both her and the collective she leads.
