Students pursuing a Law degree at Duy Tan University are provided with a solid foundation in legal studies. Depending on their chosen specialization, they also acquire in-depth knowledge in areas such as Financial, Banking and Securities Law, Land Law, Labor Law, Administrative Law, Commercial Law, Medical Ethics, Legal Profession and Professional Ethics, Intellectual Property Law, Criminal Law, as well as the organization and operation of the state apparatus, public administration, government management, inspection, and the resolution of complaints and administrative disputes.
Alongside specialized legal knowledge and legal terminology, students develop essential professional competencies, including legal practice skills, commercial and business law practice, civil litigation procedures, legal reasoning and analytical thinking, communication, and foreign language proficiency to prepare them for both domestic and international legal environments.
Committed to educating high-quality legal professionals, Duy Tan University provides students with an internationally oriented learning environment featuring modern facilities such as the Legal Resource Center, Multimedia Laboratory, and Legal Practice Laboratory, together with academic and professional support from the Center for Socio-Economic Research and the Legal Consultation and Support Center.
In addition, the University adopts the internationally recognized Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Project-Based Learning approach in its Law curriculum. Through this innovative teaching methodology and intensive professional training, students develop the ability to integrate knowledge from the social sciences, humanities, natural sciences, and legal theory to analyze and solve both theoretical and practical legal issues effectively.
