In the morning of December 4th, 2020, there was a meeting and exchange between the Leaders of Duy Tan University and the Taiwanese delegation.

Duy Tan University side includes:

1. Nguyen Huu Phu, Vice Principal
2. Ts. Nguyen Duc Hien, Head of Corporate Relations and Technology Transfer Department with leaders of the Chinese Language School and Faculty.

The Taiwanese delegation consisted of:
1. Mr. 陳振平 (Chen Chen Ping), Chairman of Taiwan Trade Association in Da Nang.
2. Mr. 蔡佑鑫 (Tsai Yu Hsin), Secretary of the Taiwan Trade Association in Da Nang.
3.Ms. 楊玉鳳 (Yang Yu Feng), former president of The Taiwan Trade Association in Vietnam.
4. Mr. 林賢鈞 (Lin Hsien Chun) member of Tzu Chi Taiwan Charity Association in Vietnam (based in Tra Vinh) (based in Tra Vinh) (Buddhist Tzu Chi Charity Foundation), Director of My Phong Co., Ltd. (Tra Vinh).
5. Mr. 王寬鴻 (Wang Kuan Hung) member of Tzu Chi Taiwan Charity Association in Vietnam (based in Hanoi) (Based in Hanoi) (Buddhist Tzu Chi Charity Foundation), General Director of Quang Duc Phong (Hung Yen) Co., Ltd.
