- Have good communication skills in public in Vietnamese and Japanese.
- Have skills in guiding tourism; the ability to voice in-depth and fluent presentations about scenic spots, cuisines, restaurants and hotels to promote Vietnam's tourism with international visitors in Japanese.
- Have the skills to read, grasp and convert documents from Japanese to Vietnamese to introduce Japanese tourism to Vietnamese tourists.
- Make good use of reception skills at hotels and resorts.
- Have good teamwork skills, know how to coordinate and improve in joint work.
