Signing Ceremony of Partnership with Route Inn Group, AIDEM Corporation, and Shinseidai Trading and Service Co., Ltd


In alignment with the Ministry of Education and Training’s policy on demand-driven education, aimed at enhancing corporate collaboration in training, research, and job placement for students, Duy Tan University officially signed a partnership agreement with Route Inn Group, AIDEM Corporation, and Shinseidai Trading and Service Co., Ltd. on the afternoon of May 16, 2024, after a period of negotiation. The partnership was facilitated by the Faculty of Japanese Language under the School of Foreign Languages and Social Sciences (LHSS), as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration between the faculty and Japanese enterprises.

The signing ceremony saw the participation of several distinguished guests, including Mr. Kawakoya Yasuhiro, Head of Operations Support from Route Inn Group; Mr. Kogo Toshiaki, Head of International Group from AIDEM Corporation; Ms. Kato Ayako, Assistant from AIDEM Corporation; Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Interpreter from AIDEM Corporation; Ms. Ngo Ngoc Tuong Vi, Deputy Director of Shinseidai Trading and Service Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, also Deputy Director of Shinseidai Trading and Service Co., Ltd. Representing Duy Tan University were Dr. Nguyen Huu Phu, Vice President of the university and Principal of LHSS; Dr. Hoang Thi Huong, Executive Vice Principal of LHSS; and Ms. Trinh Thi Ngoc Trinh, Deputy Head of the Faculty of Japanese Language, along with interested students from the faculty.

According to the agreement, the Faculty of Japanese Language will send students who wish to intern at Route Inn hotels in Japan to participate in a one-year internship program, which will be managed by AIDEM Corporation and Shinseidai Trading and Service Co., Ltd. Furthermore, AIDEM Corporation and Shinseidai Trading and Service Co., Ltd. will coordinate with the faculty to organize workshops introducing the internship program to second- and third-year students, as well as presenting job opportunities in Japan for final-year students. These companies will also oversee the implementation, management, and support of students participating in the program, while Route Inn Group will act as the host organization for the interns.

To support students in improving their Japanese language skills and accessing more job opportunities in Japan, Shinseidai Trading and Service Co., Ltd. awarded scholarships to 10 students from cohort K29 of the Faculty of Japanese Language who demonstrated both academic excellence and financial need. These scholarships included three full scholarships covering 100% of tuition and seven partial scholarships covering 50%.

The signing ceremony marks a significant milestone, laying the foundation for numerous opportunities for students to gain practical experience and immerse themselves in Japanese corporate culture. It is hoped that this partnership will continue to grow and foster greater development in the future.
