On the afternoon of July 22, 2023, the Preliminary Round of DTU Talent Search 2023 took place with the entries of the 25 best contestants. After 1 month of launching, the contest has received a lot of applications from students from different disciplines. However, you all share 1 passion to shine on stage. As a result of the Preliminary Round, the Jury selected 12 contestants to advance to the Final Round.

This is a competition jointly organized by the School of Foreign Languages - Social Humanities and the School of Tourism under Duy Tan University to create an environment for students to participate in media, cultural and artistic activities, thereby helping students form and develop soft skills, more confident and creative in their own activities, especially hosting skills. The competition is also a place to identify, select and nurture students who are able to host programs who can actively participate in the organization of events, programs and other events hosted by the university.

The contest board includes Ms. Dong Truc - Training Manager of Tien Sa Dragon Academy - the sponsor of the contest, MC Thanh Tinh - MC Lecturer of Tien Sa Dragon Academy, Dr. Hoang Thi Huong - Permanent Vice Principal of Agriculture and Social Affairs - Head of the Organizer of the contest and Ms. Truong Thi Nhu Hang - Head of General Department of Agriculture and Social Affairs - Deputy Organizer. The contestants brought extremely impressive and well-prepared entries. The BGK highly appreciated the quality of this year's contestants. After a period of discussion, the Board of Directors agreed to select 12 excellent faces to continue to the Final Round
