In order to provide students with opportunities to experience real-world work environments and enhance their professional skills, the Department of Japanese Language, Faculty of Language and Humanities (LHSS), Duy Tan University, organized programs for students to interact with and visit enterprises. These activities not only provided valuable hands-on experience but also helped students better orient themselves for their future careers.
Visit to Toyota Okayama Da Nang
On March 8, 2025, students from the Department of Japanese Language, LHSS, Duy Tan University, visited Toyota Okayama Da Nang under the guidance of Mr. Noguchi Ryoji, Ms. Cap Thi Ngoc Huyen, and Ms. Mai Thi Yi Thien.
The students were introduced to Toyota Okayama’s history, main products, employee benefits, recruitment cycles for internships, and recruitment processes. In addition, the students gained a deeper understanding of the company’s work culture for Japanese language students and had the opportunity to tour various departments within the company.

The visit was not merely a tour; it offered practical lessons for students from the Department of Japanese Language. One of the most valuable lessons students gained was the importance of professional work ethics. Through observation and sharing from company staff, students recognized the significance of punctuality, responsibility, and a proactive attitude in the workplace.
