On the holiday of 30.4 and 1.5, on the beach of Da Nang, many tourists and people wearing sunshine participate in the art sand statue contest.

The contest took place on 29.4 attracting hundreds of students, tourists, foreigners and people of Da Nang to participate at the sandy beach in front of Bien Dong Park, Son Tra district, Da Nang city.

Teams are ready to enter the art sand statue competition. This is an activity within the framework of the program "Opening of the Sea Tourism Season 2023" organized by the management board of Son Tra peninsula and Da Nang tourist beaches.

Each participating team is assigned an area to compose on the beach.

Sand sculpture art is one of the least expensive activities but can create a unique feature, attracting a large number of visitors and people to participate.

After the work is formed, the contestants begin to perfect the small details meticulously and carefully. Simple tools with buckets, shovels, trowels... and water through the skillful hands of participants to create unique works of art.

The work "Map of Vietnam" was made by the Hexagonal group. The work was incomplete but also impressed the judges when sketching the shape of Vietnam's territory in an S-shape along with the Paracel and Spratly Islands.

Art Quang Anh group with the artwork "Marble Mountains" also impressed when choosing the landscape of Da Nang

The work "The miracle of the sea" was highly appreciated in the contest with the feat and meticulousness of the Furnace Design team

The "seal's scarf" reflects the human litter that causes plastic bags to get stuck in the seal's neck. The first sand statue building competition in Vietnam was held on My Khe beach, Da Nang in 2021.
