Currently, many freshmen fail to recognize the importance of learning English early. Misconceptions about English learning at the university level often lead to a lack of focus on developing essential language skills. The program began with an introduction to the importance of English in academics and an outlined learning roadmap. It then moved on to engaging insights shared by Ms. Thi Mai Ly Phan about applying artificial intelligence (AI) in self-learning English.

AI has revolutionized numerous fields, including English language learning. It accelerates the learning process and significantly enhances language skills for learners. Ms. Mai Ly shared:
"Among the four skills, speaking is the most challenging for self-learners. However, for the other three skills, you can leverage AI effectively. For speaking, it’s better to learn from real-life interactions. Once you establish a solid foundation in pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and the three skills of listening, reading, and writing, developing speaking skills will become much easier."

The talk show concluded in a lively and positive atmosphere, leaving a lasting impression on the participating freshmen. It provided them with a clearer perspective on how to integrate advancements in science and technology into improving their English proficiency.
