In the context of the legal profession requiring practitioners to possess not only knowledge but also solid skills and professional ethics, the connection between universities, arbitration centers, and law firms is considered a correct and sustainable direction. On the morning of October 15, 2025, a signing ceremony for a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was held at Duy Tan University between the Tien Giang International Commercial Arbitration Center (TGAC) Branch in Danang, KPK One Member Limited Liability Law Firm, and the Faculty of Law, School of Languages and Social Sciences and Humanities (LHSS), Duy Tan University.

Representing the TGAC Branch in Danang, Mr. Ly Vinh Hoang shared: "TGAC - Danang Branch hopes that through this cooperation, Duy Tan University students will have more opportunities to access a practical professional environment, honing their skills and professional legal thinking - something textbooks cannot fully provide." On behalf of Duy Tan University, the university's representative affirmed that cooperation with TGAC and KPK Law Firm will not only allow students to learn from leading experts but also expand the cooperative relationship between the university and the legal profession, contributing to enhancing practical training quality and international integration.
According to the agreement's content, the three parties will collaborate to organize a series of diverse academic and practical legal activities, such as:
Seminars and symposiums on commercial arbitration, corporate law, and contemporary legal issues;
Moot courts and simulations of real-life legal situations to help students practice litigation, argumentation, and professional conduct skills;
Internship, practicum, and career orientation programs at law practices and arbitration centers;
Furthermore, expanding scientific research cooperation, sharing learning materials, and academic communication between the parties.
Through these activities, Law students will have the opportunity to engage with the real professional environment, be guided by experienced arbitrators and seasoned lawyers, and gain a deeper understanding of the role of law in socio-economic life.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lawyer Nguyen Ngoc Chinh - Vice Chairman of the Danang City Bar Association, emphasized: "KPK Law Firm is one of the reputable law practices in Danang, gathering a team of experienced lawyers. With over 20 years of operation, KPK has not only protected the rights of thousands of domestic and international clients but has also become an ideal environment for students to intern and cultivate professional ethics and competence."
He also highly appreciated the cooperative initiative among the three units, viewing it as a much-needed model of practice-integrated legal training today, helping students shorten the gap between theoretical knowledge and professional practice capacity. "Learning theory is the foundation, but practical experience is what shapes skills, mindset, and professional ethics. The partnership between professional organizations and the university is the path to forming a generation of competent legal professionals with expertise and social responsibility," Mr. Chinh added.
The Memorandum of Understanding is valid for 5 years, opening many new prospects for building a modern, practical, and internationally integrated legal training ecosystem in the Central region. With a spirit of comprehensive cooperation, the three parties commit to jointly developing a young generation of legal professionals with solid knowledge, proficient skills, and standard professional ethics - individuals who will significantly contribute to the development of Vietnam's legal and economic systems in the era of integration.
