In particular, in the ranking of the World's Best Universities in 2023 according to Times Higher Education (THE), DTU maintains the Top 500 position (specifically at the position of 401-500 in the world). 35 Vietnamese in the Top Most Influential Scientists in the World in 2022

Elsevier Publishing House (owner of the Scopus database) has announced the Top "100,000 influential scientists" in 2022. The ranking list has just been released by GS's team of scientists. John P.A. Ioannidis of Stanford University (USA), built on the basis of exploiting the Scopus database. Accordingly, DTU has 14 scientists on this list. Most scientists of DTU have a great promotion in this ranking period compared to 2021. In particular: Assoc. TS. Nguyen Dang Nam increased by 63,294 places (from 81,653 to 18,363), Dr. Emperor Nhat Duc increased by 8,229 places (from 23,301 to 15,072), Dr. Tran Nguyen Hai, up 991 places (from 14,704 to 13,713),... The above 3 scientists of Duy Tan University are also ranked in the Top 35 most influential Vietnamese scientists in the world in 2022.

DTU achieves UNWTO TedQual accreditation and achieves National Education Institution Quality Accreditation Cycle 2

Known as "AACSB for Tourism", TedQual is often considered the world's most prestigious accreditation standard for tourism and hospitality majors. This accreditation standard is implemented by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). On July 8, 2022, UNWTO recognized 2 training programs:

- International Hotel Management, and

- International Restaurant Management

of DTU officially met the TedQual accreditation standard with a high score of 771/845 points, satisfying 91.2% of all criteria. Accordingly, Duy Tan University has become the first and only university (up to now) of Vietnam to achieve UNWTO accreditation. TedQual for Travel programs with a term of 3 years.

Next, at the end of 11/2022, the Center for Education Accreditation (Vietnam) announced that DTU achieved the 2nd cycle of Education Institution Quality Accreditation with a term of 5 years.

Valedictorian of Duy Tan University: 29.50/30 points with many National Athletes choosing Duy Tan as a berth

In 2022, a large number of candidates who achieved high scores in the high school graduation exam came to consider and study at DTU. In particular, the Valedictorian of Duy Tan University in 2022 is Dinh Thi Hoai Nhi, achieving 29.5/30 passing points to study International Relations of the school. DTU is licensed to train 3 PhDs in Physics

In 2022, DTU has been officially licensed by the Ministry of Education and Training to train 3 doctoral degrees in the field of Physics including:

(1) Theoretical Physics and Mathematical Physics,

(2) Solid Physics,

(3) Atomic and Nuclear Physics.

Thereby, bringing the total number of doctoral training majors at DTU to 10 majors (besides 15 master's degree training majors). Licensed to train at the same time, 3 majors in the field of Physics have added a solid affirmation of the university's internal strength with the foundation of a quality research team - lecturers and guaranteed research facilities. The main participants in this 3-degree doctoral training project in Physics are organic researchers working at 3 Research Institutes of Duy Tan University: (1) Institute of Theoretical and Applied Research (ITAR) located in Hanoi, (2) Institute of High-Tech Research and Development (IRD) in Da Nang, and (3) Basic Science Research Institute.

On February 15, 2022, Forbes Vietnam magazine announced the Forbes Vietnam List "Under 30" with the message In the Lights of Hope. Appearing in the field of Social Activities, Dr. Huynh Le Thai Bao - lecturer of Duy Tan University was selected by the Jury for making many meaningful contributions to the community. Dr. Thai Bao is currently a lecturer, cum Acting Head of Hospital Practice Department at the School of Medicine and Pharmacy (CMP) of Duy Tan University, editorial secretary of magazines and websites at Vietnam Endocrinology and Diabetes Association, founder and director of the Medical Volunteer Club and Head of the project "Online Medical Ecosystem". This project currently attracts more than 7 million contacts with 2.5 million users and thousands of regular accounts. DTU IT students won the first prize of Hackathon 2022 and the second prize at ARAB Security Cyber Wargames in Egypt

At the Hackathon 2022, the project "Application of Graph Neural Network and Computer Vision in building the Fitting System on the E-commerce Floor" of DTU young people won the first prize. This application helps customers choose the right clothing product, save time, and avoid the situation of returning or trying items directly damaging the product. The first course of General Practitioner of Duy Tan University graduated

After 7 years of study, the first course of General Practitioners of DTU has graduated with a 100% excellent, good and good rating. DTU General Practitioner students study with curriculum and methods trained and referenced from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) - the school with the largest medical and pharmacy training program in the US, and the University of Pittsburgh (UPitt) - ranked 7th in the Top 15 schools with leading medical research in the US.
