with a Good University diploma or higher or a Master's degree. Have research experience demonstrated through the Master's thesis of the research-oriented training program; or the author of 1 scientific article or report related to the intended field of research that has been published or received for publication in scientific journals or proceedings of conferences or specialized scientific conferences and seminars with criticism within 36 months from the date of registration; or have a working time of 24 months or more as lecturers and researchers at training institutions, scientific and technological organizations, have a foreign language certificate at least level 4 according to the 6-level foreign language proficiency framework used for Vietnam by the Ministry of Education
