Economic Law

In the context of international economic integration, the cooperation between domestic and foreign enterprises is increasingly strengthened. This trend particularly highlights the role of bachelors graduating in Economic Law in establishing legal corridors and resolving issues related to economic policies, especially after Vietnam joined the WTO, APEC and CPTPP (formerly TPP).

Facing that wave, many businesses are "thirsty" for a large number of high-quality human resources in the field of Economic Law. Realizing the development potential of Economic Law when acting as an effective "right hand" in legal assurance and strategic advice for business development activities of enterprises, DTU has implemented a training program in Economic Law for many years to create learning conditions for candidates with passion. with this discipline.

Studying Economic Law at DTU, students will gain specialized knowledge to:

- Solve situations in the fields of business, commerce and state management of business and commerce;

- Dealing with problems arising in economic activities such as finance, money and banking markets, stock market;

- Carrying out civil and criminal proceedings;

- Applying legal provisions to participate in, advise and defend disputing parties in business, or -

Self-practice in law-related fields such as lawyers, notaries, legal consultants,... In addition, students of Economic Law at DTU also develop "soft" skills such as negotiation skills, communication skills, presentation skills, teamwork skills, etc. and proficient in specialized language in English to be able to confidently assert themselves against the competitive challenges and international cooperation of the corporate environment. The school has developed an intensive training program with many seminars, many simulated sessions "Mock Trial", many research trips at legal service organizations,... for students to grasp the real work of a lawyer, get acquainted and create reflexes to handle situations in different trials.
